Rates are normally based off different types of credit cards. For example, basic credit cards, reward cards, corporate cards, government cards, etc. Rates may vary between these types of cards. In addition, rates may vary between Visa and American Express. For best results, you should contact the payment processor you’d like to use and find out accurate rates for your individual business. If you are able to gather additional or supplemental information to what is already listed here, please leave it on the comments below.

Am just setting up my woocommerce site. Appreciate the cost-comparison chart. Helped me select the right payment gateway (or, at tleast the first one).
Awesome, glad to hear the comparison chart helped you decide! Good luck on speedy approval for the FAA exemption :)
Excellent post im starting my first ecommerce website not ready yet wondering which payments method do you recommend for a started like me. Thank you and kept up the good sharing work.
Alison… Which one did you choose? I’m at the decision making stage and am thinking Braintree based on the above info but curious what you chose.
Thx!
Lovely. I was looking for something like that. I also think about making a spreadsheet about that on google drive. Did you think about updating this table? Like for e.g. adding setup/plugin costs and additional information like chargebacks fees.
Lately Sage and WorldPay gained a lot of fans.
